Vnexia aimed to digitize health and safety operations using AI — enabling real-time worker monitoring, risk detection, and reporting across industrial sites. The challenge was to engineer a platform that is fast, secure, scalable, and intuitive for both field workers and safety managers.
We built a cross-platform solution with a NestJS backend powering both a Flutter-based mobile app and a Laravel Blade web dashboard. The architecture was optimized for real-time AI alert handling, robust worker tracking, and compliance logging — all while maintaining a seamless user experience across devices.
The admin and safety dashboards were designed with usability and visibility in mind. The UI offers intuitive access to area management, AI-generated alerts, device status, and live feeds.
